Really good Service and Beautiful Setting
helpful staff delicious breakfast taxi arrangement quiet hotel
The staff was helpful, especially Mohammed. He ensured we got safely to a taxi early one morning and was genuinely lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the Moroccan options with several tasty choices. They arranged a taxi for our airport return and walked us to the taxi, which I appreciated (it was a nice touch!). The hotel was super clean and very quiet, assuring a restful sleep.
The indoor pool was unfortunately cold. I didn't see anyone use it.

The staff was cute! The riad has a perfect location just a few minutes from the souks. The riad has a decorated rooftop terrace. It's beautiful.
The air-conditioning had a high pitched noise!

Really good Service and Beautiful Riad
morning pickup cleanliness
I stayed at this riad for two nights before a Sahara trip, and the location was convenient. Mohammed helped me a lot since I was traveling with my teenage son. He personally walked us to our early morning pickup point. I rebooked this riad for our last night due to my satisfaction with the first stay. The cleanliness was perfect.
The jacuzzi on the rooftop was unfortunately empty. Staff told us it would be fixed, but that promise seemed to be given to everyone. the indoor pool felt ice cold and nobody used it. I found those to be significant disappointments.

Breakfast offered diverse options like Moroccan, American, and French. I chose the Moroccan breakfast. It included fresh pastries, local honey, and a flavorful mint tea. All ingredients were of high quality.

Staff arranged our airport taxi. They walked us to the car, which I really appreciated. The staff was professional and kind, our needs were met quickly. I always felt safe and well taken care of here.
