The staff was helpful, especially Mohammed. He ensured we got safely to a taxi early one morning and was genuinely lovely. The breakfast was fantastic, especially the Moroccan options with several tasty choices. They arranged a taxi for our airport return and walked us to the taxi, which I appreciated (it was a nice touch!). The hotel was super clean and very quiet, assuring a restful sleep.
The indoor pool was unfortunately cold. I didn't see anyone use it.

Really good Service and Beautiful Riad

I stayed at this riad for two nights before a Sahara trip, and the location was convenient. Mohammed helped me a lot since I was traveling with my teenage son. He personally walked us to our early morning pickup point. I rebooked this riad for our last night due to my satisfaction with the first stay. The cleanliness was perfect.
The jacuzzi on the rooftop was unfortunately empty. Staff told us it would be fixed, but that promise seemed to be given to everyone. the indoor pool felt ice cold and nobody used it. I found those to be significant disappointments.
